Short version: Sequence Timer does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. All your data stays on your device.

1. Who we are

Sequence Timer is an iOS app published by Tansfom LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information.

2. Data we collect

None. Sequence Timer does not collect any personal information from you. We have no servers that receive your data, no user accounts, and no sign-in.

Everything you create in the app — activities, groups, steps, names, durations, colors, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It never leaves your device through us.

3. Data we share

None. Because we do not collect data, there is nothing to share. We do not sell, rent, trade, or transmit any information about you to anyone.

4. Analytics and tracking

Sequence Timer contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting services, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not use cookies or similar technologies. We do not track you across apps or websites.

5. Permissions and Apple frameworks the app uses

The app uses the following on-device Apple frameworks. None of them transmit your data to us or to third parties:

AVFoundation — to play local audio cues (countdown beeps and finish chimes) through your device's speaker.
ActivityKit — to display Live Activities and Dynamic Island progress for timers you start. This runs entirely on your device.
UserNotifications — included for potential future use. The app does not currently send notifications. If a future version uses this framework, iOS will prompt you for permission before any notification is delivered.

The app does not request or access the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, calendars, reminders, health data, motion data, or financial information.

6. iCloud and device backups

If you have iCloud Backup enabled in iOS Settings, Apple may include the app's local data in your encrypted device backup. This is a feature of iOS, managed entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy terms. We have no access to those backups.

7. Children's privacy

Sequence Timer is suitable for general audiences and does not collect information from anyone, including children.

8. Your rights

You have privacy rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar regulations, including rights to know what personal information is collected about you, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Because Sequence Timer does not collect, store, sell, or share any personal information about you, there is nothing for us to disclose, delete, correct, or opt out of. To delete data stored on your device, you can delete entries within the app or uninstall the app, which removes all locally stored data.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated version at the same URL. Material changes will be reflected in the app's App Store listing or in-app where appropriate.
